Every detailing job starts with a thorough inspection of your car. Paint meters guide us through the process by measuring clear coat thickness, high intensity lighting shows us swirls, oxidation and other paint defects. This first step determines what products and techniques we need to use for the best results.
First a pH neutral foam pre-soak to break down traffic film and loose debris. This step prevents scratching during the wash stages by floating away surface dirt. We can actually see the debris being lifted off the paint using specialized lighting.
Then our two bucket wash method with premium microfiber wash mitts and separate rinse buckets, so removed dirt never touches your car again. Each panel is worked from top to bottom.
Iron decon next, using pH balanced chemical treatments that react with embedded metal particles and turn them purple as they dissolve away. These particles are invisible to the naked eye but can cause long term paint damage if left untreated.
Clay bar is the final decon stage. This engineered clay glides across lubricated surfaces and removes bonded contaminants that washing can’t touch. The result? Paint feels like glass, ready for correction or protection.
When required our paint correction process uses state of the art random orbital polishers and selected compounds. We work in small sections, removing swirls, scratches and oxidation while constantly monitoring paint thickness to stay safe.
Different pads and compounds are used depending on the level of correction needed. Some cars need multiple cutting and polishing stages to get the desired results. We use LED lighting and multiple angles to check our work.
Interior gets the same level of attention. High powered extraction equipment pulls dirt out of carpets and upholstery, specialized brushes get into every nook and cranny. Leather surfaces are cleaned and conditioned to prevent cracking and maintain suppleness.
Our interior process includes:
The final stage is to protect your newly detailed surfaces. Modern ceramic coatings have changed the game for paint protection, they are way more durable than traditional waxes. These coatings chemically bond to your paint and create a protective layer that repels water, resists scratching and maintains gloss for years.
For interiors, fabric protection treatments prevent stains and leather coatings prevent wear and fading. Each protection product is chosen based on the type of material and use of your vehicle.
Before any car leaves our shop it goes through a thorough quality control inspection. We use different lighting conditions and angles to check our work. This includes:
